RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If there is an issue with any item purchased from us please contact us by phone or email.
Exchanges and refunds will be given on items that have defective workmanship, fit,
and any other issue that was GB Holster Co.'s fault.
Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for any items due to improper use, improper care, physical damage, altercations, buyers remorse or inadequate knowledge of the item purchased. No exceptions.
If you have questions on any item, the time to ask questions is BEFORE you purchase.
No refunds on close-out or clearance items.
Buyer assumes responsibility and cost of return shipping.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Shipping for replacement items may or may not apply and will be determined on an individual basis.
A 10-20% restocking fee may apply.
We only ship to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses.
Free shipping is USPS 1st Class package and other options are available at an additional charge.
We do not ship worldwide or US territories due to the increased cost to do so. If you would like to inquire about international shipping feel free to do so before purchase.
Any purchases made that are to locations we do not ship to will be refunded and cancelled.
